Hi everyone,

Currently, I am trying to upgrade from Jedox version 2020.1 to version 2020.4 in offline mode. Even after following guidelines from the knowledge base, I'm facing an error.

I attached a snapshot of the error.


I would appreciate it if anyone could guide me on this one.
