    How to Delete a Credit on Quickbooks:- When a customer receives a refund in the form of a store credit, QuickBooks records the available credit as a credit memo. When a credit was added in error to a customer's account, you can delete the credit memo. Credit memos are recorded in both the customer's Accounts Receivable and your company's Accounts Receivable registers. When you delete a credit memo from one area, it is removed from both registers.
